Ocean Bay, LLC., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for an Exhibit Manager to join our Team!

The Exhibit Manager will provide public affairs support for ongoing initiatives in NAVSEA Public Affairs, to include speechwriting, exhibit services, photography support, print, photo, video, digital signage, and multimedia support.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for the NAVSEA Exhibit Program to include managing the development of yearly exhibit themes for three major expositions: Surface Navy Association, Sea Air Space and Mega Rust conferences.
For Surface Navy Association. Responsible for providing appropriate display structure and services for a 10×20 sq. ft. exhibit area, provided by http://www.navysna.org; attending design meetings; handling all administrative matters associated with exposition planning (including but not limited to defining drayage, electrical, LAN hookups, audio visual support); identifying and leasing appropriate display furniture, audio/visual equipment; printing of graphic panels for a government-furnished 8’ x 10’ Nomadic Classic pop-up display (4 panels for the display); and supporting exhibit operations during the annual symposium.
For ANSE Mega Rust. Responsible for providing appropriate review, design and coordination support for a 10×20 sq. ft. exhibit area with appropriate structure and furniture and support services, (including but not limited to defining drayage, electrical, LAN hookups, and audio visual support), attending design, coordination meetings and conference calls.
For Sea Air Space Exposition. Responsible for coordinating presentation and support services in a 50 x 50 sq.ft. space provided by http://www.seaairspace.org; attending design meetings, handling all administrative matters associated with exposition planning (including but not limited to defining drayage, electrical, LAN hookups, audio visual support), coordinating with exhibit design team to provide 3-4 exhibit design options for the exhibit to SEA 00D by 15 November of each year; identifying and leasing appropriate display furniture, audio/visual equipment, and exhibit hardware; printing of graphic elements/panels to support selected design appropriate for a 50 x 50 sq. ft. space; and supporting exhibit operations during the annual exposition.
Requirements:

US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance or higher are preferred.
Associates degree management or related field preferred.
Additional five (5) years of professional experience may be substituted for degree.
Fifteen (15) years of related technical experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience tracking public exhibits calendar, entry deadline dates for assigned public symposiums.
Familiarity with exhibit operations, floor plan development, booth design, layout and narrative descriptions.
Desired Experience:

Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Experience in budgeting, invoicing, tracking financial expenditures associated with symposiums.
Must have the ability to form visually creative display solutions, based on a wide range of budget resources and inputs.
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Provide management and oversight to include management of personnel accomplishing tasks under this contract, workload management, planning, execution, development of monthly labor summary and project status reports (Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
Provide support for public affairs products as needed, such as presentations, press releases, briefs, audits, communication plans, the command’s biweekly online newsletter, The Observer.
Manage the development of yearly exhibit themes for three major expositions: Surface Navy Association, Sea Air Space and Mega Rust conferences.
Manage support for development of content to be displayed on a network of up to 40 government-furnished video screens and central Digital Media Manager associated with the NAVSEA’s Digital Signage network (NAVSEA Access), or current system in use.
Responsible for the design, development, scheduling and management of digital signage content; as well as the design or elements for safety, diversity observances, holidays, etc.; as directed by SEA 00D leadership.
Manage and track created content and provide weekly and monthly tracking reports.

Requirements:

US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance or higher are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in English or Public Relations or other related field of study.
Fifteen (15) years of related technical experience.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of grammar, writing, editing, layout/design and proofing required.

For an experienced, bilingual CM $2,500 of the sign on bonus will be paid with the employee’s first payroll and the remaining $2,500 of the sign on bonus will be paid upon the successful completion of 90 days.
