The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to the continued success of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals to a consistently high standard across bistro, functions, and specials

Ensure all food preparation and storage meets food safety and hygiene regulations

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and clean work environment

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and receiving deliveries

Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy periods

Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

About You:

Trade-qualified Chef with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Ability to work across various kitchen sections

Knowledge of modern Australian pub and bistro-style cuisine

Strong time management and organisational skills

Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP procedures

Willingness to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

A team player with a strong work ethic and passion for quality food
