Position Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
-Work with the squads to get them to a higher performance level and deliver
greater value to Investment Management teams via employing coaching and
development techniques.
-Lead the scrum ceremonies and guide the team with Agile methodologies and
best practices
-Work with the Team Lead and Product owner to identify and track stories on a
JIRA board.
-Remove impediments, track dependencies, and managing risks.
-Assist in resolving conflicts that occur.
-Monitoring and deriving metrics to measure team performance and helping
squads make improvements.
-Planning & organizing demos
-Preparing status reports and Executive communication for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-8-10 years of industry experience as a Scrum Master
-Certified Scrum Master
-Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict.
-Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as
Scrum, to deliver solutions.
-Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate
effectively in both formal and informal contexts in a fashion tailored for the
audience.
-Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection,
and other Scrum techniques
-Strong data and process analysis skills
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance from manager.
-Highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation, and
documentation techniques within a project.
-Strong client service skills?Ability to deliver under stress in a fast-paced
environment
-Methodical and attention to details
Desired Skills:
-Strong understanding of the Investment Management industry
-Familiarity with how a of how various financial asset classes are traded
-Project Management and Agile certification
