Job Description

Must have Strong knowledge of Python 2/Python 3.
Must have Strong knowledge of Web development using Django or Flask web framework and API development and experience using Django REST API.
The candidate should have knowledge of OOPS, Json, Jquery, JS, and working experience on python based web applications.
Having a good/basic understanding of Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Basic understanding of server-side templating languages such as jinja 2.
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, ORM, and Restful APIs.
Good understanding of Python Libraries, Middleware Web Services Implementation ORM (Object Relational Mapper), and REST-based Web services implementation using Python
Must know about standard databases like MySql, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, etc.
Good testing/debugging skills using standard python modules/IDEs and Must be aware of standard practices of development.

WireUP Holdings is currently seeking a Franchise Development Officer for the Authority Home Service Professionals brand. The primary purpose of this position is to recruit new owners into the AHSP community.
Several indicators of success include: maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads, self-starting without need for excess supervision, being outgoing, ambitious, and success-oriented, and very committed to achieving and EXCEEDING assigned goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming lead inquiries.
Conduct initial calls with interested candidates to provide insight on AHSP recruitment process, to understand the candidate’s decision-making process and timing, and to qualify candidates for consideration.
Schedule and complete calls, webinars, and discovery events that help candidates understand how the AHSP offering meets their objectives.
Manage a robust pipeline, and organize and track all sales activities through our CRM tool, including providing required activity and forecasting reports to management.
Meet sales goals, while strictly adhering to all internal and federal regulations governing franchise development
Track lead generation results and work with management to suggest new opportunities for prospecting.

Critical Skills:
3-5 years of applicable sales experience (i.e. phone-based, consultative, relationship-driven)
Proven track record of meticulous, self-directed follow-through
Experience managing prospects through multiple interactions in the sales process.
Skilled at handling a large pool of active candidates using sales management software
Fast-paced, high volume, franchise sales experience with similar brands (residential & commercial services, van/home based, low investment) is a plus, but not required
Demonstrated ability to create relationships of trust over the phone and give dynamic presentations via phone, webinar, and video conferencing
Experience with web-based lead CRM systems and Microsoft Suite
Prior sales experience in a work-from-home environment

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent sales experience (5 years)
