Description:
During this onsite project, participants will pose for some pictures and appear in short videos with our team’s guidance. The images and videos will be taken with varying lighting conditions and different backgrounds. This is a very easy task, in which you will only need to follow very simple instructions.

Purpose:
Thanks to this project, we will help develop more inclusive AI software, contributing to a more accessible technology for everyone.

Main requirements:
– You are based in or around Redmond (WA) and can come to our offices to complete the project. Our office is located at 14980 NE 31st Way Suite 100 Redmond, WA 98052.
– You can spend between 2 and 3 hours completing this project.
– You understand English, in order to follow the tasks we will assign you.
– Diversity is encouraged! We are looking for people of all ages to join this project.

Compensation:
This project has a flat rate of 120$, to be paid via PayPal after project completion (PayPal fees may apply).

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the documentation of receipt of shareholder mail as well as the identification of transaction requests.
Responsible for performing an authenticity review of shareholder documents to verify original signatures, medallion stamps, raised seals etc.
Responsible for the preparation of documents for scanning and/or actually scanning.
Reviews source documents (checks) for legal requirements in order to process items according to the management companies check acceptance policy. As these items are financial in nature, they must be processed within required turnaround time and with a 98% accuracy rate.
Assist mutual fund shareholders, broker/dealers and fund companies with inquiries & transactions.
Receive guidance from more experienced staff and will need to escalate issues following a regulated escalation process, as needed,
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
Work independently, without direct reporting.
Qualification : High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Bachelors degree preferred. 1-2 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in brokerage processing preferred.

3 shifts available: Day, Evening

Timing for shifts (approx.)/Work week:

Day shift: 7am – 3:30pm (Shifts include Saturday’s & Sunday’s)
Evening shift: 11:30pm – 8pm (may have to work daylight hours on weekends)
Expectation: weekend work required, potential for mandatory overtime
