We are an above ground swimming pool company and have been round since 1982. We are Hiring all thru out the eastern half of the United States! Birmingham, AL will be hiring march 13-18.
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost company revenue.

Responsibilities
Present information and sell above ground pools using learned script to prospective customers
Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs and figure out what size pool is right for them
We make selling easy for you by pre approving customers with a loan so they will have the money to purchase pool before you even arrive to their place of residence!

REQUIREMENTS:
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in high ticket sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback and highly respectable to our customers very important

PAY AND BENEFITS:
The average sales rep runs 2 to 3 appointments per day, 6 days a week and sells 5 to 6 pools a week, earning about $600-$700 per sale and averaging $2500 to $3500 a week
On top of the commission pay you will get $25 dollars just for driving out to the customer’s house. You will get $25 for every appointment you show up to. So that would be an extra $300-$350 added to your weekly check!
On top of that there are BONUSES! You will be paid $100 for every pool sold paid with financing, and $150 for every pool sold that’s paid in cash. So, if you sold 100 pools in a season you would get $10,000
And for those of you who are returning sales representatives you have a special surprise awaiting you at the end of the season! HINT: double your makings from last year!

EXTRA INFORMATION:
This position is 100% commission however because we put out sales representatives in such a good position to make sales, our sales representatives have no problem earning about $10,000 per month, if they go to all of their scheduled appointments
