Pay: Up to $20.00 Depending on experience

5am-5pm, Fri, Sat, Sun (Work 36, Paid for 40)

5pm-5am, Fri, Sat, Sun (Work 36, Paid for 40)

Primary Job Function:
Responsible for the tube mill operations and equipment of the mill to insure continuous operation during the shift.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet expectations of each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.

Education:
High school or equivalent

Experience:
Experience in using special measuring devices, calipers, tape measure.
Must be able to navigate, set up equipment controller for proper operation and parts programming.
Roll Tooling experience with set ups and change over.
Change out press dies, cut off jaws, blades, and refill oil levels of equipment.
Demonstrate ability to meet negotiated time frames.
Good Mechanical Aptitude.
Forklift and overhead crane certification.
Experience with some automation programming.

Job Duties & Requirement (included but not limited to the following):
Safety, quality, priorities above all
Focus on the keeping the mill operational
Maintain clean, safe, organized work area
Cross Training of team members on parts programming and mill set ups
TPM of process and equipment in the area
Coordinate daily and weekly activities with department supervisor
Perform visual and manual quality checks of finished products
Work with maintenance hands on to get issues resolved in a timely manner
Ability to think and react to schedule changes and conditions on the mill
Must be able to document down time through seamless reporting system to drive KPI tracking
