Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Analyst to provide administrative support for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Alexandria, VA.
Qualified candidates will be expected to:
Execute day-to-day program office activities as well as short and long-term planning/projects.
Provide research and project coordination for all tasks supporting the designated Program Office(s).
Assist in the development of presentation packages and other senior level administrative tasks.
Compile or develop statistical information to aid in decision making.
Create and maintain Microsoft Office databases and spreadsheets.
Position Requirements:
US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust designation.
High School Diploma.
Three to Five (3-5) years of Program Analyst experience.
High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Excel and Power Point.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions.
Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management and support personnel.
Polished presentation skills to initiate effective communication relative to policy, procedures, operations, events, etc.
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree (or higher).
