Process Technician – Gas Assist Injection Molding – Cincinnati, OH

Drive continuous improvement to gas assist injection molding processes and equipment to optimize performance and increase capabilities.

Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, align, and tune machines, complex tools, and molds.

Conduct preventative maintenance and carry out light repairs on machines and components including end of arm tooling, assemblies, molds, etc.

Analyze, calculate, and develop tooling, feeds, speeds, and tolerances.

Identify and trace manufacturing problems to their source; develop and implement solutions.

Minimize machine downtime through optimizing processes.
