Plastic Parts Production Supervisor – Structural Foam – Mason, OH

Large industrial manufacturer of structural foam parts seeks candidate to supervise production.

Shall:

Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure personnel are trained in proper processes, techniques, and quality requirements.

Monitor and oversee production of parts through gas assist injection molding and similar processes.

Ensure production and scheduling timelines are followed, delivery goals are met and project milestones are adhered to.

Evaluate products during spot-check activities to ensure requirements are met continuously and report defects to management.

Mentor and train 5-10 production team members.
