Provide CNC programming and machining expertise in support of client requests.
Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate correct part dimension for machines, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
Develop CNC G-code and M-code programs using Mastercam for 3-5 axis mills and multi axis Lathes based on engineering drawings and models.
Design and build fixtures, tools, and jigs.
Configure tools to ensure efficient production.
Monitor output and proper operation of machines and make mechanical and program adjustments to ensure parts meet quantity and quality requirements.
Recommend process modifications to improve productivity and quality.
