Seeking a CNC Programmer who has experience programming, troubleshooting, and operating multi-axis CNC machine tools.
Duties:
Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, and depth.
Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders.
Required Experience:
3+ years experience working with MasterCAM programs.
Background with CNC controlled Lathe and Milling Machines.
