Serve as legal counsel to various clients, advising on structuring and negotiating agreements, dispute resolution, and legal strategy impacting business decisions.
Advise clients to promote compliance with industry standards of conduct and ethics, including fraud and abuse, anti-bribery, ant-kickback, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Provide advice to clients on legal risks of key business decisions that support strategic initiatives.
Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts and other commercial agreements.
Manage prosecution and defense of legal claims, including managing the process and working with clients to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
