Sr. Product Development Chemist – Rubber – Dartmouth, MA

Shall formulate new rubber and silicone based materials, processes, technologies and products by translating system chemistry to performance characteristics and validating by lab and pilot trials while supporting application engineers and sales staff by analyzing customer needs and developing solutions.

Requirements:

Degree in Chemistry, Material Science or related field.

Track record supervising laboratory staff.

Industry experience with silicone materials — analysis, synthesis, formulation and application.

Ability to think strategically and execute effectively multiple projects simultaneously.

This is an exciting opportunity involving innovation, product development, commercialization and development of novel technologies to meet market & customer needs.

$110,000 + base plus bonus program, full company paid family medical, matched 401(k), liberal paid vacation and paid holidays.
