Minimum 8yrs of PEGA experience
Excellent communication skills and able to manage the client without any escalations
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only):

Have Life Sciences domain experience
RPA/AA

Should Be able to gather requirements, design and architect the solution
Prototyping the solution and walk through the demo
