Job Summary
We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all human resources practices and processes for a top-notch manufacturing company. The HR manager is the lead person for all employee-related issues. This includes duties managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. The job of the HR manager is critical to business success. People are the most important asset for any company. You will be the one to ensure a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize company mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is essential to success in the HR Manager role.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, motivation, and retention of human capital
Develop and manage HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Promote a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance review system.
Manage pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Evaluate and communicate HR metrics to the management team.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as an HR manager or other HR executive
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrated experience with human resources metrics
Understanding of HR systems and databases
Ability to lead and develop a strategy for human resources
Strong active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
U.S. work authorization required. Company is unable to sponsor
