Travel to perform routine maintenance and repairs of packaging machinery at customer locations.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance on packaging machines.
Dismantle machines for refurbishment or moving.
Train machine operators and maintenance personnel.
Advise customers regarding troubleshooting and spare parts.
Equipment repaired includes:
Rotary & Tunnel Washers
Liquid & Powder Filling & Closing Machines
Freeze-dry Systems
Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS)
Isolators
Sterilization Tunnels
Safety Device Assembly Machines
Labeling Machines
Candidate must have knowledge of programmable logic controllers and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
