Supervise machine shop producing parts, molds, fixtures, and tools, including allocation of work to machinists, managing priorities, maintaining equipment, and operating machine tools.
Design and create holding fixtures for machining processes using CAD and CAM software.
Train personnel on setup and production.
Create CNC programs and program CNC equipment to meet quality and drawing requirements.
Provide technical support for shop personnel.
Set up and run CNC equipment.
Complete mistake proofing for finished parts and components.
Manage inventory of materials and tools.
