Required Skills and Experience:
1. Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction; North Carolina
2. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine
3. Primary Care experience required, home-based Primary Care is a plus
4. Fellowship training in Geriatrics, Addiction Medicine, and Internal Medicine
