Locum – Hospitalist (3x)

Must haves to be considered:
1.) Must be Board Certified in either Family Med or Internal Med
2.) Must have BLS and/or ACLS cert
3.) Must have or already being the process of attaining an Arizona medical license
4.) Must have active DEA at time of start date
5.) Must be accountable, professional and in-sync with credentialing

Schedule:
7on/7off
12 hour day shift/7am-7pm
Open 15+ shifts per month

Start date:
January
Credentialing takes: 60 days, all depends on how fast a provider can get paperwork completed

Length of assignment:
6 months- ongoing

Position details:
Age range – All adult, no peds. All 18 plus
Procedures – NONE
Admissions per day – 0-2 admits per day. May start with 0-2 new patients in the AM
EMR – Cerner
Responding to code? Only if it’s your own patient
Rapid responce? Only if it’s your own patient

NO ICU covering
