Serve as Project Controls team leader for large gas utilities operation.
Run, update, and monitor software programs and systems used by or interfaced with Project Controls including AVEVA, Primavera, Excel, Access, JD Edwards, etc.
Manage project team members.
Develop and maintain Schedule of Values and lead weekly schedule update meeting.
Define project work breakdown structure.
Interpret project estimate and budget allocation to work breakdown structure.
Coordinate with Estimating to understand estimate to cost code budget conversion.
Manage and ensure compliance with earned value methodology.
Validate and mitigate data resulting from earned value system.
