Utilize knowledge of plant operations to set up, program, and troubleshoot robotic cells.
Adjust programs within robotic cells to variations in work-in-process.
Troubleshoot programming issues and fix program errors or malfunctions.
Write programs in C programming and ladder logic; design and program HMIs.
Perform minor maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Requirements:
Understanding of inertia, friction, position, speed, acceleration, and transfer of force.
Able to work with mathematical concepts such as algorithms, integrals, probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
