Grocery Team Member – Full Time
D. Coluccio & Sons, Inc. is a 55-year-old family-owned importer, distributor, wholesaler, and retailer of Italian food products. D. Coluccio & Sons seeks a qualified, full time retail associate to assist with general operations of its storefront.
Responsibilities
– Stock and level shelves
– Arrange neat visual displays
– Label items with prices
– Carry bulk items to customers’ vehicles
– Retrieve cases from warehouse
– Notify supervisors of inventory shortages and upcoming expiration dates
– Assist customers and answer questions
– Sweep and mop as needed
– Familiarize self with products, store layout, and warehouse storage locations
Requirements
– Full time availability
– Legal authorization to work
– Ability to speak and comprehend English (proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian a plus)
Experience preferred but not required. Competitive candidates will have a retail, food service, and/or customer service background.
Physical Demands
– Stand for extended periods of time
– Lift boxes, bags, and other items
