Loss Prevention Manager – Manufacturing Facilities – Jefferson City, MO

Design, implement, and monitor facility loss prevention initiatives to reduce staff injury and workers compensation expenses.

Administer facilities-wide safety programs, including designing employee training seminars, tracking on the job injuries, and organizing safety audits.

Coordinate development of educational materials, workshops, presentations, and events to reduce health and safety risks.

Investigate scenes of serious accidents to determine cause and develop response plans.

Conduct accident trend analysis and recommend solutions for ongoing or recurring safety issues to plant management.

Participate in future development and implementation of facility-wide loss control guidelines and infrastructure.
