Shall:
Install, start up, and give hands on operator and maintenance training on laser cutters, metal bending and crowing robots, robotic die stamping, press brakes, laser welding systems, panel benders, punching centers, shearing systems, tube drawers, fin formers, and bead rollers.
Troubleshoot problems with machine parts and components including: Electrical, servo, hydraulic, and pneumatic drives, Programmable Controlling Systems, Gearboxes, Cylinders & Pistons, Bearings, Chain Drives, Seals, Fittings & Valves, Pumps & Compressors.
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
Generate clear, concise, accurate and complete field service and expense reports.
