We are seeking a Field Service and Operations Manager for our HVAC client, located near Hopkinton, NH.
Responsible for oversight of staff (field service technicians, service coordinators and dispatchers), including holding staff meetings to support the team, mentoring and providing technical support (internally and at customer sites, as needed). Scheduling; assisting with the estimation and proposal process; ordering parts, inventory, troubleshooting and warranty issues.
Must have experience overseeing the work of field service technicians in an HVAC environment. Must have strong communication skills, with customers, staff and co-workers. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and computer skills are required. Experience working with heat loss calculations, mathematical concepts and statistical data. Must be able to work to high levels of quality and safety standards.
High School graduate with a minimum of five years HVAC field service experience. CETP gas license is required. Heating technician and/or EPA certification are a strong plus. This is a great opportunity for a senior lead technician who is ready to move into a management role overseeing internal operations and field service or for someone who has been in a similar role looking for a change.
