Job Description:

Must be local to Kalamazoo, Michigan or willing to relocate.

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for overall planning, coordination,
execution, delivery and completion of all projects on time and within budget.
Essential duties & responsibilities:

Work with global team of stakeholders on project delivery, lead and
facilitate meetings, follow ups and action items

Manage change requests. Assess impact to scope, schedule and cost and
communicate with key stakeholders

Develop a detailed project plan defining project tasks and resource
requirements

Liaise with resource managers to ensure resources are available to support
the timelines within the project schedule

Ability to identify training opportunities for team members

Ensure all tasks are completed on time

Monitor and report on project status to all stakeholders. Escalate issues
as required

Proven ability to lead a large scale project from recovery to successful
completion

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management

Needs to have an understanding of all processes involved and have the
ability to confidently challenge others at a level of informed understanding

Proven ability to guide change and influence decision making

Maintain a risk register to actively manage items that may impact project
cost, quality, scope or schedule

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Review and approve time cards associated with your project

Create Capital Expenditure Request, monitor and report on project financials

Submit at minimum one status report per month

Liaise with the VMO on vendor quality, experience and cost

Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations,
policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not
limited to computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards

Willingness and ability to coach other Project Managers Education & special
training:

Bachelor?s degree required

PMP certification required

Knowledge of Lean and ITIL desired Qualifications & experience:

Minimum 7 years of professional experience is required

Experience implementing commercial PLM systems in global company required
(Preferably Windchill PLM)

Has a proven record of managing successful projects

Experience leading successful large projects with remote team members

Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand, analyze and report on financial data

Proven ability to build team cohesion and motivate people

Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed.
