Role: SAP SCM Lead Consultant
Location: Houston, TX

Should have good comm skills .
Supply Chain lead works directly with business counterparts and solution team
on building and realizing Transformation projects roadmap. Successful candidate
must have experience defining and operating business processes in the following
areas: Manufacturing, Sales & operational planning, Quality, Logistics &
Engineering.
Experience:
? 12+ years of experience combining work within a business function
(Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering) with business analysis or business
process improvement activity required.
? The primary modules this person works in is APO/ IBP/ SCM,
(secondary – MM, PP, QM, SD)
? Experience with S/4HANA a plus
Essential Duties/ Skills and Responsibilities:
? Experience documenting business process, identifying GAPS.
? Experience with assessment / blueprinting projects
? Experience developing functional / technical specifications, and
test plans
? Experience with Activate methodology
? Proven track record of successful delivery of SAP projects
? Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate the
organization from its competition.
? Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
? Proven track record in evaluation / recommendation of new SAP
system components, solutions, releases, or upgrades
? Excellent customer service, written and oral communication and
interpersonal skills
? Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
? Detailed functional experience in SAP MM/PP/QM and SAP APO/IBP
configuration and how these interact with other SAP module
? Consultant should have exposure to SOP business process including
unconstrained heuristic and supply optimizer.
