Responsible for supporting complex and expensive machine startups,
retrofits, overhauls and providing operator training. This includes
assembling/ disassembling equipment, repairing parts, installing upgrades to
machinery, overseeing machine startups and overhauls, answering technical
questions and interacting with external customers and other departments
within the organization.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent and a background as an
electrician or someone with electrical work experience as well as mechanical
skills. Technical school or a two-year degree in electrical or electronic
type discipline with mechanical skills.
Must have excellent communication, multi-tasking, math and analytical skills
including the ability to interpret complex data and find solutions to
unusual problems while maintaining a professional image. Two years of
related work experience is required.
Competitive hourly rate and benefits package. Training will be provided at
the location in the US and also in Europe. Must be able to travel without
restrictions. Local candidates only/within commute distance of the
Topsfield, MA area. No relocation. Must be authorized to work in the
United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
