7+ years of experience in mainframes testing
Detailed experience on Mainframes testing using JCL scripts –
measuring performance and identifying bottlenecks
Ability to monitor/ guide teams to collect key performance metric
and analyse on COBOL; Z/OS; DB2 z/OS 11.1; LDAP; MQ; CICS; Endeavor
etc.
Drive and understand mainframes changes, risks, testing aspects
from requirements capture phase till reporting
Strong experience working in client environment, multiple projects
executions and delivering test results
Interact with design, development, test and ops teams to capture
NFR, create scripts, execute and report
Experience with tools and techniques for performance measurement,
profiling, and optimization
Very strong in design of test framework, load simulation model,
load stats calculations
Good analytical skill on conducting detailed root cause analysis
from E2E infrastructure layers and components perspective
