Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities
• Minimum 5-8 years of extensive experience in Business Analyst
• Perform business analysis activities using a variety of techniques of varying scope
• Coordinate customer responses to capture changes in business requirements
• Work closely with business, services managers and Subject Matter Experts
• Develop and maintain business process documentations
• Describe and analyze current business/service processes and accurately translate these
processes into process designs and models
• Analyzes business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions

Skills Required
• Scrum Product owner certified
• Well verse in Agile technology
• Strong process understanding in Refinery Scheduling and Blending
• Preferably hands on experience in Aspentech tools like APS and MBO
• Good understanding of SQL Queries
• Advanced Analytical & Visualization tools experience specifically Spotfire and Power BI
• Experience working with fortune 500 Oil & Gas companies
• Good communications skills
• User facing experience
