SAP CRM Lead

Role: SAP CRM Lead

Location: Madison, NJ or Irvine CA( Open to work with any given location
Based on customer request)

Duration: 6 months

JD:

· 10-12 yrs of SAP CRM experience

· Techno-Functional lead experience preferably in CRM Sales area

· Should have done hands on configuration and ABAP/JAVA development
in at-least 2-3 projects

· Should have worked on SAP CRM Integration with other systems like
ERP, CTI , Contact Center etc

· SAP Contact Center experience preferred

· Should be able to independently lead business interactions

· Should be able to work independently and assessing the current SAP
CRM system and Integration

· Should be able to work independently to review and asses the custom
objects

· Should be able to come up with future state architecture for SAP
CRM replacement ( SFDC or C/4Hana)
