Job Description :
WebAPI, REST, .Net 4.5, SQL, MVC (desired)., Moq.
Design and implementation of systems based on outline specifications
provided by senior staff and key business users.
To analyse user and business requirements and formulate appropriate
solutions.
To design and code high quality programs adhering to Pearson?s standards
and good design principles.
To create unit tests and ensure code coverage is high.
To ensure that all programs are documented to the required standard.
To take ownership of systems, being responsible for ongoing maintenance and
support.
Languages: C#, RESTful services, Windows Services, MSSQL.
Frameworks: .Net Framework 4.x, Entity Framework, Web Api, MVC.
Tools: Visual Studio 2017, Visual Studio Team System, SSMS.
Strong communication skills.
Understand scrum and agile practices.
Ability to work in an agile scrum team.
Eye for detail and identifying problems.
A desire to understand the business.
