We, WD Marketing Hold LLC are currently in the need of 50 individuals to fulfill our work from home customer results specialist positions with our rapidly growing company! Our long list of clients are requesting more work from home agents in order to support their customer’s needs. The remote Customer Support specialist will act as a link between our clients and their customers. WD Marketing Hold LLC solely focused on contracting with CSPs and agents all over the USA in order to provide and discover the best client for them to services.
Objective/Summary
We’re seeking individuals who hold the experience of handling customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on –all while maintaining a positive customer’s experience by providing an excellent personalized customer experience. The Customer Support specialist is responsible for providing both internal and external customer support with an effective personalized experience.

$9.00 – $12.00 an hour
DUTIES
Ability to handle a large amount of inbound and outbound calls from clients’ customers
Utilizing the company database for documentation of all calls
Resolving each issue that the customer presents
Maintains efficiency and courtesy throughout every call
Skillful with conflict management and the ability to deliver a difficult message that creates the best customer experience possible
Ability to follow departments policies and procedures
Provides excellent written and verbal communication
Time management – set priorities, and manage time effectively
Provides timely and accurate information to each customer concerning, order status, support, or product knowledge request
Follow conversation prompts and scripts in order to assist each customer during a call
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Work from Home Requirements:
Workspace must be in a secure noise and distraction free space, while servicing the client (no children, other adults and pet free)
Must always maintain a wired Internet connection, and high-speed response rates (wireless, Wi-Fi, DSL and/or satellite Internet Service not compatible with our systems)
Must have (or be willing to get) Internet service with a consistent internet speed of 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload
Must have (or be willing to get) a phone land line used for work. (this may include long distance as well) NOT REQUIRED UNTIL WORK IS STARTED
