WD Marketing Hold LLC is currently seeking customer results specialist to work from home and become the sole link between our client’s customers both current and potential.
We’re seeking individuals who holds the ability to properly handle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on –all while maintaining the satisfaction of the customer by personlizing the customer’s experience.
Pay 12 hour
1. The Ability to manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls
2. The Ability to communicate to customers using efficiency and courtesy on all calls
3. Able to follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling challenging topics
4. Identify customers’ needs by providing clarity, research and valuable information and/or alternatives to solve their problems
5. Can develop a sustainable relationship through personal engagement with each customer
6. Attend virtual knowledge check seminars to improve personal performance level on the platform
7. Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
8. Basic Call Center Representative Requirements
9. Contains excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to conduct active listening
10. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
11. High school degree
