A new pastry shop/bakery, Choulala, located in Winter Park, Florida, is seeking 1 Sale Representatives/Manager that will assist in serving customers. If you are a positive peson with great personalitiesand have a passion for creating an exciting hospitality experience for your guests, then we want you!
Position Requirements:
– English speaking and legal to work in the U.S.
– Good communication skills
– Driver licence
– Passionate about Food and have a love for the hospitality industry
– Professional demeanor and excellent presentation
– Customer service oriented and team friendly
– Must have a positive attitude
– Must be Reliable, Independent, Responsible, Resourceful, and Hard Working
– Be able to work long shifts on their feet.
– If you have experience in any food industry, you will be a desirable candidate.
– Must have week ends and evenings availability
Job Description :
Incharge of welcoming customers
Goal :Increase the sales
Make live the shop considering seasons, or events
She/He guaranties the store image (cleanliness, staff attire, product presentation)
She/Hehas to motivate the sales team
Hiring and time schedules
She/Heassures the replacements in case of missing (or himself or a substitute)
She/Heorganizes and watches opening and closing
She/Hehas to participate to the sales
Responsable of the cash register
She/Hemust keep the stocks of consumables and place orders (packaging, cleaning products,
paper towels, water, coffee etc …)
She/Hemust keep the stocks of products sold and place orders.
She/Heis the guarantor of the respect of the legislation.
She/He ensures the maintenance of premises and the maintenance of facilities and
equipment
