What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Registered Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of running the home, ensuring it’s a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the young people who live there. You’ll:

Lead a team of dedicated staff, building a culture of collaboration, learning, and passion.
Provide the best care, ensuring young people feel emotionally and physically supported and have access to enriching activities and cozy accommodations.
Support your team, with inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and professional development.
Stay compliant, managing policies and procedures like safeguarding, health & safety, and finance while creating a great place to work.

What We’re Looking For:
If you’ve got the following, you’re already ticking our boxes:

A Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare (and a willingness to smash that Level 5!).
Experience running a children’s home graded ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding.’
A natural ability to inspire, organise, and lead a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and providing top-quality care.
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (it’s all about trust and safety).
