Medical Assistant

A medical assistant would be doing both office administration and patient care in a busy small clinic. Responsibilities include the following:

Perform customer service with patients over the phone and in-person
Facilitate the sign in process for new and current patients
Relay messages between health care providers, patients and allied health professionals
Follow up on referrals, and related activities
Perform standard clinical duties like getting vitals, doing basic lab tests, and collecting specimens
Assist the office manager and and health provider in additional duties as needed

The Remote Travel Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in planning of all client’s vacation travel needs. We are looking for professional individuals who are well-organized and detailed oriented. Having experience and knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
