Establishes high level relationships with customer base that will enhance long term working partnerships.
New market share is gained through strategic prospecting and ability to meet customer requirements by utilizing all resources available efficiently.

Some travel required within a local market (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).

OPERATIONS

· Ensure shipments are pre-alerted in timely manner once on-board notifications are confirmed.

· Invoicing agent routed shipments

· Preparation of accessorial international paperwork such as legalized documents, chamber documents, letter of credits, etc.

· Filing of AES & FMC and reviewing for accuracy and compliance.

· Monitoring personal and shared category e-mails in the exports mailbox and sea document folder.

· Report problems to managers as needed and collaboratively determine how to respond to clients.

· Liaison with international/domestic agents including answering rate request and cargo tracking

· Answering phones and actively communicating with Priority Worldwide personnel, clients, and vendors.
