Principal Responsibilities

Acquire and Maintain Customers
Basic furniture, appliance, home electronics installation/removal
Complies with all company vehicle safety standards and documentation
Inside/outside service calls
Protection of company assets which includes but not limited to inventory, equipment and vehicles
All other duties deemed necessary by store management
Requirements for Delivery Technician

Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.(Required)
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation.
Bilingual in English and Spanish(preferred)
1-2 years delivery and customer service experience. (clean driving record.)

Prime Home has an immediate opening for a Residential Coordinator to join our team. The Residential Coordinator supports the current host home placements (extended family home- EFH) and family care givers. This position provides monitoring and support to those in residential services to ensure extended family home providers deliver the highest level of quality services possible, while maintaining compliance with the Individual Service Program- ISP. Additionally, the Residential Coordinator trains and teaches the care givers on programs, documentation and more.

The person selected for this position will be working at the Grover Street location.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all clients are treated with respect and dignity, recognizing individual clients needs and encouraging independence.
• Performing walk through inspections of potential EFH placements and family care givers.
• Performing and coordinating intake, consent and release packets.
• Ensuring timely entries into Therap.
• Conducting, completing, and submitting Letter of Agreement Home Studies.
• Ensuring timely Residential Census Spread Sheet entries.
• Conducting Therap training with new Extensive EFH contractors and Alternate Care Contractors.
• Completing monitoring activities and providing technical assistance to ensure the accurate and timely completion of required documentation
• When on call, provide timely responses for off hours crisis management

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience working as direct-line staff with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Service delivery systems for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook and Therap.
• Ability to connect and build effective working relationships with the clients, staff, and host home care givers.
• Communicate effectively, both written, verbally and inter personally.
• Work in a complex and nontraditional human service setting with a diverse population.
• Outstanding organization skills
• Takes initiative
• Experience managing multiple priorities
• Willing to work both in homes and in the office

Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current vehicle Insurance upon request
• CPR, 1st Aide, Med Aid preferred but will train if necessary
• A degree in a related field, or course study working toward a degree preferred or equivalent work experience

ALL AMERICAN SIGN is hiring, IMMEDIATELY, a full time, Signage Technician and a Helper/Apprentice. Experienced technician preferred, however, we are willing to train a “jack-of-all-trades” type person. Fabrication/welding experience a plus. We design/build/service/install any/all interior and exterior signage, including digital/LED products.

Depending upon skill level, qualified Signage Technician pay starts at $18-$20 per hour. Working hours are normally 8:30 – 5:30, M-F, although some projects may require more flexibility. We service SC – NC – GA, making some extended travel and overnight stays necessary. Crew leader positions available for experienced and hard-charging crew members. Clean drug test required.

You must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and phone. OSHA certification(s) a plus. Experience driving work trucks, with trailers, is a plus. You will be responsible to daily inspect and check/service the fluids in your work truck, while keeping it organized, fully stocked and clean.

We supply tools, materials and safety equipment. You must be fit, be able to work unsupervised, able to work outside and lift/drag 50-80 lbs. You must have solid experience with measuring tools, construction tools, construction materials and methods. You will be operating various construction equipment, aerial lifts and bucket trucks, so you must be comfortable with working at height.
