Job description
We are hiring a clinical imaging scientist to expand our imaging team. If you are interested in applying your imaging knowledge in clinical trials, you can contribute to bringing new medicinal products and devices to market. We are a growing company, which means you may have different responsibilities or roles within projects. Depending on the size and complexity of a clinical trial, you may be responsible for managing several trials concurrently as a project coordinator and provide imaging support also for other project teams.

Responsibilities
• Define imaging endpoints and image acquisition parameters
• Prepare imaging core documentation such as imaging charters, site qualification questionnaires and image log forms
• Develop criteria for qualification of sites’ clinical scanners, review the site replies to the questionnaires, review phantom data
• Design both clinical and imaging CRFs
• Prepare imaging manual and training material for clinical sites
• Prepare training material for independent readers and other experts
• Configure and validate study specific ERICA instances
• Keep up to date with new developments in the imaging field
• Support study protocol and clinical study report writing
• General project management activities including preparation and review of other study documentation, contact and support of study sites, management of timelines and budgets
• Collaborate and liaise with external partners
• Participate in meetings with potential and existing clients

Requirements
• Background in medical physics, biomedical engineering or equivalent, or physician with specialization in imaging, PhD preferred
• Hands-on experience with at least one clinical imaging modality
• Interest in clinical research and development
• Previous clinical trial management experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different image analysis software
• Great problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and flexible to multiple demands and shifting priorities
• Interest and ability to work with interdisciplinary people with different educational backgrounds
• Knowledge of any of the following is an advantage: radiation dosimetry, statistics, kinetic modeling, quantitative imaging, artificial intelligence

At first of shift, take inventory by sticking or sight glass; inspect each inventoried tank and valves for signs of leakage.
Inspect all pumps at loading and unloading areas for leaks.
Make sure all trash receptacles are empty and do not contain combustible material.
All loading and unloading areas should be clean and free from possible safety hazards.
All bulk-in containers’ (buckets, drums, etc.) products are properly refilled and stacked in a safe manner.
Used and Empty Drum Staging Area should be maintained, clean and free from possible safety hazards.
New Drum Staging Area is maintained, clean and free from possible safety hazards.
Full and or Empty, Used Filter Drum Staging Area is maintained, clean and free from possible safety hazards.
Warehouse floor is maintained, clean and free from possible safety hazards.
Maintenance performed on all pump gear boxes in the loading and unloading areas; Oil should be changed every six (6) months with non-detergent 30 weight, or with Chevron Tegra Synthetic ISO 150 (recommended by pump supplier –Blackmer).
Maintain and service air compressors to manufacturer’s specifications and requirements.
All tanks should be maintained, capped/sealed to prevent the accumulation of moisture.
All tanks in the New Tank Staging area to be delivered to our customers must be inspected inside and out, proper decals and placards applied.
Used tanks brought in from the field must be inspected for holes, dents, or cracks.
Used tanks brought in from the field must be inspected for leaks by dispensing 5-10 gallons of off-road diesel and rolled slowly on the ground for possible leaks.
Used tanks passing inspection are to be drained, painted, dressed (proper decaling) and stage in the proper Staging Area.
Tank stands are to be inspected for damaged legs, bracing, cracks or broken welds.
Stands passing inspection are to be cleaned and painted, before being placed in the proper Staging Area.
Any product being delivered from an outside carrier must be sampled and approved before offloading.
Properly use, maintain and operate a Forklift in a safe manner.
Other Functions:

Special projects as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT required.
5+ years of experience in the industry.
Available to fill in as a driver.
Training of new drivers as to where to pick up product or drop product off.

Key Skills
• Must have hands-on experience in Java technologies – JSP, EJB, JMS, Spring, Spring Boot, Transfer protocols – (SFTP, HTML, XML), Micro Services / RESTful Services /APIs (REST and SOAP)
• 7 years of strong hands on Java, spring boot, micro services
• Hands on Kafka and any no-SQL databases like Cassandra
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes concepts
• Mainly – candidate should have worked on/have good knowledge of Payments
Good to have
• Basic understanding of distributed caching (gemfire/redis), Cloud (AWS or GCP) offerings.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, experience of using Jenkins/Jules

• Development of new software and enhancements to existing software.
• Develop unit tests and end to end tests using frameworks like Junit, cucumber & selenium
• Providing technical support for User Acceptance Testing
• Ensure technical documentation accurately reflects software components developed and delivered
• Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives
• Creation of Implementation/ Back out Plans and Support Handover Documents
• Providing technical support for Production Implementations, and post-implementation support during implementation warranty period
