What you’ll be doing as a Secret Shopper:

• The purpose of this is to monitor the store employees, seeing if they ask for the customer’s ID prior to quoting a price.
• If the ID is requested, the employee receives a Green Card. If not, a Red Card is given.
• If a store has an age-verification device, we monitor if the store employees use the device.
• We partake in regular visits to ensure proper use of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and age-verification devices.
• After the visit, an email report is sent to the store’s management.
• Visit results are archived in our password-protected reporting website.
• A Mystery Shopper is someone who visits a location assigned to them and acts like a regular customer to observe and evaluate a number of different areas such as store presentation, customer service, selling skills and the quality of a product.

Requirements:

• Experience working in/with banking or other financial institutions is desirable.

General Description:
Education Center Facility Manager manage all aspects of conference and event planning, IT/Audio Visual/Satellite systems instruction/support, facility, scheduling and classroom management for meetings/instruction for the Vandenberg Education and Training Services Facility, with responsibility for the planning, directing, organizing; and exercising control over daily classroom scheduling/set-up/troubleshooting, audio-visual functions, distance learning classes/satellite downlink and IT communication operating systems for over 14,000 individuals using the facility per year; and to provide facilities/equipment operational support, user end training and logistics to all federal, state & local agencies through the use of the Vandenberg Education and Training Services Facility.
