Job Summary:
– Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
– Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
– Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track.
– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
– Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
– Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among the construction team.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, overseeing medium to large-scale projects.
– Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and processes.
– Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise construction teams.
– Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
– Sound understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
– Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
