We are currently looking for a full-time Glazier to join our team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, and install glass panels, windows, doors, and other glass products according to specifications and building codes.
• Use hand tools, glass cutters, and automated equipment to cut and shape glass to required dimensions and designs.
• Install and repair glass components, including window frames, hinges, and handles.
• Smooth and polish glass edges using abrasives or grinding wheels to ensure safe handling and aesthetic appeal.
• Apply weather seals, adhesives, and caulking to ensure proper insulation, water resistance, and structural integrity of glass installations.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine appropriate glass sizes, types, and installation methods.
• Replace broken or damaged glass in windows, doors, or other structures, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.

Work Experience and Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Glazier or similar role.
• Trade qualification as a glazier or relevant work experience in the field.
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and shaping glass using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Knowledge of different glass types, their properties, and appropriate applications.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to glass installation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Salary package: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum

Franchise Sales Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement
Scheduling sales meetings with interested delegates and following them up till franchise sign-ups.
Coordinate the franchise recruiting process.
Manage Footprints franchise sales and lead database.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system to validate the leads and present information on the Promilo franchise.
Generate the lead through multiple sales & marketing activities
Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location preference, profiles, interests, etc.
Present information to the qualified leads about the Promilo franchise model, the investment required to start and run a FICO & FIFO model, etc.; Conclude calls by sending the prospects emails/messages with links for further information on the franchise opportunity.
Capture and document information on the leads obtained through the telecalls in the system.
Enter and update prospects’ information in the database.
Schedule and make a follow-up call to assess the level of interest of the prospects and to qualify them for the next stage of the face-to-face meeting.
Send requests to prospects for filling up the Expression of Interest (EOI) forms to collect information regarding their funding ability.
Schedule face-to-face meetings for prospects with concerned Relationship Managers (RM).
Hand out the ROI-Sheet, the Term-Sheet, and the Agreement Draft to the franchisee candidates approved by the RM / Head – of Franchise Development.
Answer queries, provide information, assist the prospects with personal visits and provide support as required.

Pipeline Repair Technician

Verifiable leak sealing experience as well as proven successful clamp measure ups and installs.
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have a good driving record with no major violations and a valid driver’s license.
Able to pass a drug and alcohol test as well as a medical fitness exam given by a licensed physician.
Wear protective and safety clothing and gear, daily.

Duties

Perform Leak Sealing/Specialty requirements as directed.
Understand and implement Safety requirements in both Petrochemical facilities, Natural gas processing plants, and related facilities.
Perform with or without supervision (dependent upon the level of experience) hot taps, line freezes, on-stream repairs, and line stop service lines.
Complete paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion.
Perform daily inspections on crew trucks, reporting any problems immediately to Management.
Other duties that as assigned by the Operations Specialist or Operations Manager.
Promote PSI’s products and services to current and prospective customers.

Training

Participate in annual safety training.
Attain and maintain current CPR/First Aid, medical, as well as respiratory fit certification.
Successful completion of all Level 1 & 2 Technician tests and hands on training.
Experienced Lead Technicians from related companies / competitors who can provide evidence of training are eligible to be considered for a ‘Grandfathered Lead Technician’ position.
