Digital Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for online, e-commerce, and D2C platforms that align
with overall company goals
 Identify new sales and marketing opportunities and drive revenue growth through prospecting, lead
generation, and account management
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and fulfilment, to ensure a cohesive customer
experience and achieve revenue targets
 Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners ensuring customer satisfaction &
retention
 Leverage various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization
(SEO), and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales
 Analyse plarforms and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide
regular reports to executive leadership
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales and
marketing strategies and tactics
Qualifications/Requirements:
 Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
 2+ years of experience in digital sales and marketing, with a focus on online, e-commerce, and D2C
platforms. Preference for candidates from the food products domain.
 Proven track record of driving sales growth through various digital channels and strategies
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
 Analytical mindset for using data to inform sales and marketing strategies and decisions
 Familiarity with various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
