6-8 Year experience in handing network operations for large enterprises
· Good experience in troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones, and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services
Good understanding of LAN, WAN
· Support Network environments including IP address schemes, DNS, WINS, Ether-Channel (Bonding), etc.
· Provide network security systems administration support to users for
o Check Point Firewalls
o Blue Coat proxies
o F5 Big IP
o Cisco switches, routers & ASA
o InfoBlox IPAM, etc
· Good understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email Routing,
SPAM, etc.)
· Coordinate activities with other system areas and vendors, and deal with network security systems planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing and servicing
· Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications; telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services
· Competency in Cisco platforms is a requirement and any experience with Arista and Python scripting
· Working knowledge of Riverbed Monitoring tools; Gigamon, and NetScout
· Experience in Cisco 10S, NX? Nexxus routing and switching
· Experience with Cisco ISE
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) will be a plus,
