Configure/customize Actimize modules and support development team on design
and trouble shoot
Resolve production issue on Actimize

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret all business and functional requirements and
configure/customize Actimize modules accordingly.
Support development teams with design and troubleshooting issues
Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues
Work closely with project Business Analyst to ensure that the end to end
designs meet the business requirements.
Coordinate technical design with other IT teams
Ability to prioritize independently, multiple requests and system
requirements to meet the organizational goals
Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrate creative problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and work product validation.
Ability to set and achieve deadlines and objectives.
Experience working with both external and internal customers.
Strong communication skills in order to communicate with clients

Domain
Good Understanding of Fraud or AML monitoring processes
