Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Eagan, MN (On-site joining then continue with Hybrid working)
Must have PMP Certified
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, Project Management related field or equivalent experience.
– Experience in supporting application teams and Troubleshooting in a DEV,
Stage, UAT, and Production environment.
– Must be able to provide on-site, and on-call 7x24x365 support, as needed.
– Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject
matter experts.
– Must have the ability to listen to customers and colleagues; convey ideas
effectively; prepare written documentation.
– Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as a primary goal.
-Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious
environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
-Liaising with developers and various teams to identify and define project
requirements, scope and objectives for internal projects to the team as well as
projects external to our team.
-Ensuring that deliverables are met by our team.
-Creating and following changes, incidents, problems associated with our team.
– Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
