Handyman/Apartment Maintenance person needed — Part-time, temporary.
Minimum 20 hours per week with – possibly as more work is available.
Must have own basic tools, truck or large vehicle for Home Depot runs, and cell phone with email access. Availability after-hours for emergencies is a plus.
Experience needed in –
– basic plumbing (e.g. install faucet, garbage disposal)
– electrical (e.g. install ceiling fan, light switch, outlet)
– drywall and wood repair
– cleaning
Requirements – honesty, professional attitude, hardworking, flexible availability, and good references.
Must be able to get to work on time, take instruction well and communicate in English – both spoken and written.
