Role: Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC ? remote for one month and then onsite

Mode: Contract

Key Skills: Microsoft project plan , JIRA, AML /Fraud background

? Track and manage day to day tasks across multiple releases/projects.

? Projects/releases could be in Waterfall and/or Agile and/or Hybrid model.

? Coordinate activities within 30-40 resource team across multiple locations
and multiple time zones.

? Report daily/weekly/monthly status reports to business and other IT
stakeholders

? DO NOT have to manage budget but partner with TIAA PgM.

? Manage and report Risks, Issues etc

? Responsible for Change management, opening and representing application
changes in CAB

? Track, manage JIRA and Microsoft project plan as required.

? Automate operational processes

? Complete lessons learnt and implement changes accordingly.
